Food Blogging: Thursday Breakfast & Lunch

Vanilla Greek Yogurt with Flax-Plus Granola. Around 10:00 a.m. I also had a left-over Blueberry Muffin from our meeting the day before. It was good, but probably very caloric.


Black Bean Soup with cheese & avocado.

Two pieces of millet toast, one with Monterray jack cheese and the other with left over brie. Some baby carrots as well. Oh, and more avocado.

  1. Avocado is great but portion size has to be remembered because it is not a low-cal or O point vegatable.
