In this blog I hope to track my adventures in fitness, food justice, gardening and body acceptance. I will do so with a critical eye--examining how anti-fat bias, economics, class, sexism, urban (suburban and rural) development deprives us of satisfying movement, and how health is collective and personal.
Please tell us how big your dishes are. From the pictures the portions look so big. Yet, I am guessing the food is on small plates and the camera is on zoom. But for clarification. I want to know how big the dishes are.
ReplyDeleteWell, that particular tupper-ware bowl is a three-cup container, but 3 cups weren't in it.

3 ounces of meat
veggies
(the meal the other night was the same--3 ounces total of pasta, 6 ounces of meat, and you saw the veggies on the cutting board).
Thanks for the clarification. The zoom makes it seem like so much more.
