Food Blogging: Thursday Lunch

So, life gets in the way and sometimes the evil frozen meal is the better of two evils. Here is the Lean Cuisine Salmon with Basil Spa Meal. Its not bad, 220 calories, with 19 grams of protein to help make one full longer. Thus far today I seem to be a processed/fast food blogger--eek. Let's see if I can actually prepare a good meal for myself from scratch tonight (and hopefully cut up the watermelon I have waiting for dessert).

  1. They say putting the frozen meals on a real plate for eating makes them more enjoyable.

    I need a lot of food in my life. So if I have a frozen dinner, I usually have to have a can a soup along with it.
