Food Blogging: Thursday Breakfast

Here's today's breakfast, Thursday. I was in a hurry, so I stopped off at Starbucks (for much needed caffeine) and get a skinny hazelnut latte and a English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich, low-fat turkey bacon and egg. Looking it up later, I should have got the spinach/feta wrap because it has 100 less calories, but still not as bad as anything from McD's. Whole grain, muffin after-all and lowfat TB. Still, NOT GLUTEN FREE and my tummy is feeling it.

  1. That meal is 14 WW points. A big mac is 13 WW points. I go to Starbucks about 7 times a month. So I get the oatmeal and latte combo. It is 9 points if you eat the nuts and fruit with the oatmeal.

    The spinach feta wrap is good.
