Food Blogging: Thursday Dinner
It may not photo well, but it was delish. I made a mustard sauce out of some brown spicy mustard, soy sauce, honey, Chinese five spice powder, and a bit of milk and I put that on a 4oz piece of wild caught Alaska salmon and baked it. Also featured on the plate, cauliflower surprise (via the South Beach diet, thank you) and some sauced eggplant (yum!). Not pictured is dessert, which was a gluten free coconut and butterscotch blondie, from Veggie Girl. I made a batch a while back and they are in my freezer. I don't know the calories on them, but I cut them up into tiny pieces, so four would make up the size on one panera size brownie, for example.
