Workout Video Review Part 1

I just did the first two workouts. The Power Mile and Walk Strong. Both of these workouts are a combination of strength training and walking.
The Walk Strong Kicked my butt. It was intervals 3 minutes strength training, then 3 minutes power walking for 33 minutes. I totally need a shower after doing both workouts together for a total of 53 minutes of working out.
