Sixteen days after giving birth to her daughter on May 8th, "Real Housewives of NYC" star Bethenny Frankel showed off her non-existent baby weight in Manhattan on Monday.

2. Breast feeding
3. Not gain more then 20lbs for the pregnancy
4. Being at goal weight before baby
Eek--she does have a diet-book/skinny Girl mini-empire and she was super skinny at the beginning of her pregnancy (although, I do think that she gained an appropriate amount of weight during), but yeah, 16 days to a flat tummy? I would say give yourself 14 days before even starting the pilates!
ReplyDeleteI also want to point out that her baby only weighed 4lbs 12 oz. and this was a full term baby.
