Do you remember to do your monthly breast-exams in the shower after your cycle? I don't--well, I seem to during Breast Cancer Awareness Month and then again, I remember in July near my birthday. Well, two out of twelve months isn't good enough! This year I'll remember to do it at least every-other month.
