Crystal Renn Feels Pressure to Live Up to 'Plus-Size' Label
People.com reports that Crystal Renn feels the pressure to fit the plus-size ideal:
I not wishing her to have an eating disorder again. Yet, when she was taking appearances on panels about being a plus size model she signed up for this. There are so many plus size model in magazines and we don't know there names.
If you make money off of being overweight, I am going to call you on it. You can't have it both ways. Also, if you don't want to be judge on your appearance everyday, don't choose the job of model. Go work at a place with a uniform so the goal is to look like everyone else.

Fergie Taking Her 'Own Journey' Away from Addiction
People reports:
Fergie has addressed her battle with crystal meth addiction but she wants to make one thing clear about her recovery.
"I'm not claiming to be sober," the singer tells Glamour in its December issue. "I think that that would be misleading. I drink alcohol. My father has a vineyard, and [the wine is] really delicious, by the way."
Well, I am happy she is keeping it real. Not every celebrity in rehab can be real with themselves.
I also like how she said it is her own Journey versus the best way to be. If Charlie Sheen could get honest with himself maybe he would be known more for his work then his antics.

Jennifer Hudson: ‘I Lost 20 More Pounds!’
People.com reports:
Since she revealed her amazing body transformation in April, Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson has lost an additional 20 lbs. “I didn’t expect to go as far as I did!”the Weight Watchers spokesperson told PEOPLE in New York City, where she launched the Lose for Good campaign, which teaches families how to prepare healthy low-cost meals in an effort to help fight hunger and obesity. “People are like, ‘Okay Jennifer don’t lose anything else!’”
I am happy for her. Even with this weight loss, she still has lost the weight at slower place then other celebrities. As a Weight Watchers member myself, I totally believe her results because I see them weekly at my local meetings. I have even lost 30 lbs myself with Weight Watchers. I am not a 4-6 like Jennifer yet and I may never be but I am working on me.

Kendra Wilkinson: I Was a 'Very Good Person' While Stripping
Eunice Oh at People reports:
Before settling down as a wife and mom, Kendra Wilkinson admits there were moments in her past that she's not exactly proud of – but they never defined who she was.
"I kind of lost myself for a little bit," the reality star, 25, said on Tuesday's Today show, while discussing her new book Sliding into Home and how she once experimented with drugs as a teen and also became a stripper.
"I wasn't a druggie stripper. I was a very good person doing it. [But] I was kind of still embarrassed about it," she clarifies.
"I always knew that it was wrong. [But] the drugs and everything, that's what found me and accepted me," she says, explaining that her behavior came from a painful place when she had to cope with her father leaving the family.
After trying drugs, Wilkinson realized she was "that tomboy, I'm that kid that loves sports. That wasn't me."
Deciding to get back her life wasn't a swift decision. "It took a while," she admits. "A good couple of weeks to think about, okay, the time is coming. I don't know when yet. [But] this isn't me."
A few years later – and her Playboy Mansion days and sex tape scandal behind her – Wilkinson now says she finally feels "safe."
"I've been through a lot. I've gotten through it," she says. "I'm home, where I've always wanted to be."
I am always skeptical of I am a good person defense. Yet, I feel Kendra does surround her 'good person' defense in the reality of drugs, emotional distress, and abuse.
I think 99% of sexy job workers would rather be doing something else. Yet drugs, emotional distress, and abuse make the the fast money of sexy jobs seem very appealing.

Kristen Stewart: 'I Made an Enormous Mistake'
Blaine Zuckerman at People.com reports "I really made an enormous mistake – clearly and obviously," Stewart, currently in Korea to promote the new installment of the Twilight series Eclipse, tells PEOPLE exclusively. "And I'm really sorry about my choice of words."
Stewart, 20, is not known as one to mince words. "I've made stupid remarks before, and I've always reasoned: 'Whatever. They can think what they want,' " she says.
But in this instance, the Los Angeles-born actress feels compelled to address the situation. " 'Violated' definitely would have been a better way of expressing the thought," she notes.
I am glad she owned up to here words. I personally can move on from the issue. I no longer have to harp on it.

Gabourey Sidibe made the People's 100 Most Beautiful List
Gabourey Sidibe made People's 100 Most Beautiful list. Mediatakeout.com had some complaints about the list. I am happy for her and I think this is the start of beauty comes in more then one shape and color. I think she deserves to be on the list. I do agree more people could have been added to the list, but we remember part of being on the list is showing up for the photo shoot. So some of the choices could have been working and therefore not chosen. So I am going to give People Magazine some concession on the list.

Dr. Oz's Weight Loss Secret for Carnie Wilson? Tough Love!
So Carnie Wilson is 'trying' to lose weight with Dr. Oz. It is not going well. She has only lost four pounds and it not following his suggestions such as get a diet buddy.
I love me some Carnie Wilson, but we have to start the think maybe she is just turning weight loss into a money maker. She is on her 4th reality diet topic shop. So she either needs the money or she refuses to deal with the psychological issues that cause her to chronic overeat.
If this doesn't work with Dr. Oz, I think we need to deny her TV time.

Rachael Ray Shares Her Exercise Secrets
Linda Marx of People.com reports the following on Rachel Ray's new Exercise Routine:
"[She] started running 3½ miles every morning after throat surgery to remove a cyst last year,"
She spends about 30 minutes running, then heads for the gym for 45-60 more minutes of elliptical training before choosing from a circuit of machines.
I am happy for Rachel Ray's new healthy life style choices. She seems to be doing it for health and not just vanity reasons. I respect that. I wish more celebrities would focus on the health benefits of exercise and not just the vanity aspects.

Sara Rue Loses 25 Lbs. on Jenny Craig
A little more than two months ago, Jenny Craig’s newest spokeswoman, Sara Rue, announced to PEOPLE her goal of losing 30 lbs. with the program. After five days she had dropped 7 lbs., and now, just nine weeks after she began she’s already shed 25 lbs. — and can’t wait to lose the final 5.
I am sorry but I am calling foul. We here at Fat Feminist Fitness Blog have been very critical of Valerie Bertinelli and Kirstie Alley while working with Jenny Craig. Yet, neither of them lost 25 lbs in 2 months. Here is the link to the video of Valerie Bertnelli talking about losing 18 lbs in 7 weeks.

Heidi Montag: My Surgeries Aren't an Addiction
Heidi Montag is quoted at saying the following when discussing the controversy about her recent cosmetic surgeries:
Heidi Montag is just an example of the Hollywood machine distorting another starlets reality. I feel sorry for her. I am just glad she didn't end up like Tara Reid and other celebrites with bad plastic surgery. Yet, if Heidi keeps at it she will end up like them.

Sherri Shepherd Still Has Jiggly Thighs
Sherri Shepherd is quoted as saying:
"I'm a real woman. I still have my jiggly arms and jiggly thighs that could start a fire," The View co-host, 42, said at the New York Film Festival screening of her movie Precious, which opens nationally Nov. 6. "I'm not trying to look like Kim Kardashian, unless I can get a Lamar Odom like Khloe," she joked.
So far she has some perspective about her weight loss. Hopefully she stays that way. Sometimes losing weight can send you into an eating disorder. I am happy for her. Showing the health-based wait loss doesn't always equal a bikini. Note: she wore a one piece on The View.

SNL's Casey Wilson Is 'Phat, Not Fat'
Casey Wilson is laughing off reports that she was fired from Saturday Night Live for being too fat. "
I had an amazing time on SNL, and these rumors are completely untrue," Wilson, 28, tells PEOPLE in an exclusive statement. "And to clarify, the issue isn't that I'm too fat, it's that I'm too phat. Can I get a WHAT-WHAT!"
Well I am glad a clarification was made. Let us not joke with Fat discrimination. It is relay but not always the culprit in Hollywood.

If Kelly Clarkson is the closest they been to real in recent issues. Then people like Denise Richards were totally being sold as a lie saying Dancing can make you look that good while eating pizza.

I wish more starlets were like Kelly Clarkson. She comes from a place of balance. For here she is not diet obsessed. She is just trying to live a balance life and sometimes that means weight lost, weight maintenance, or weight gain.
