Pregnant Kourtney Kardashian: I Forgot to Take "the Pill"
Kourtney Kardashian says
Kourtney Kardashian is the prime example of the break down in women's health education. There are some many things wrong with her story.
1. She didn't mention her condom breaking. Which means she wasn't protecting herself from STDs.
2. She didn't follow the instructions that come with the pill. For example if you miss more then 3 pills in a row. You have to trash the back and start over again.
3. At 30 you need to be planning your reproductive health you either having the baby or you are not. Unplanned at this point in you life is being moronic.
4. If you breaking up in February and having a Christmas time baby. I think we need visit Maury's show just in case.

10 Reasons You're Not Losing That Weight
Dieting is complicated and we often unwittingly sabotage our best intentions. For instance, who would ever think that working out in the a.m. or cranking the AC might be the reason you're not slimming down? Luckily, once you've identified these flubs, fixing them is nowhere near as hard as pulling on a pair of control-top hose.
10 Reasons You're Not Losing That Weight
1. Skipping Sleep.
2. French fries are your main vegtable.
3. Artifical climate (like A/C) is making you hungry.
4. Trying to justify big meals with exercise.
5. You looking for quick results and defeat the purpose by trying an unstainable diet.
6. Setting realistic goal may make you not try as hard.
7. Eating candy for anti-oxidents.
8. You are only getting water from the fountain and not from your food.
9. Using labor saving devices to do the most basic tasks.
10. You don't get enough natural potassium.

‘Phantom fat’ can linger after weight loss
Experts say part of the problem in our body-obsessed culture is that many women — and increasingly more men — have highly unrealistic expectations of what weight loss can do for them. Too often, they think hitting their ideal weight will make them look like a swimsuit model in a magazine, and they’re disappointed when that’s not the case.
I have been blessed to be delusional. When I look in the mirror, I always look smaller then the scale says I am. The only time I can see is my true size is in a picture with measuring reference.
I take a lot of pictures in front of doors. So when I can't see the door around my hips. I have to accept that I am fat. It is a hard realization, so what I do when I can, is pose in open spaces with no references then I look smaller again.
I am also blessed to know that most of my problems are caused by my perception of events and the rest are due to economic issues. So I have no beliefs that my life will be better when smaller/thinner.
