In this blog I hope to track my adventures in fitness, food justice, gardening and body acceptance. On Happiness
Go read this excellent article by Rebecca Traister at Salon regarding women and happiness. Its called "Screw Happiness" and subtitled "Bombarded by studies about who is content and why, we forget one thing: Dissatisfaction has its own rewards." Do this, don't do that, but do do that, but don't do this...all the contradictory advice forgets that we are individuals and that happiness is A. not meant to be a constant state of being and B. relative.
