In this blog I hope to track my adventures in fitness, food justice, gardening and body acceptance. I will do so with a critical eye--examining how anti-fat bias, economics, class, sexism, urban (suburban and rural) development deprives us of satisfying movement, and how health is collective and personal.

More Good Marketing from Kotex
Here's another good ad from Kotex. She's trying to see if "a man on the street" would buy her tampons and starts discussions with men about how concepts of the masculine and feminine influence buying/refusing to buy "embarrassing" products like tampons/pads. There was another which I couldn't get the embedding code HERE that has a male protagonist trying to get women to help him pick out tampons for his girlfriend--their conversations are hilarious!
Anyway, another Check plus for Kotex and their campaign that is also revealing of the taboos that surround menstruation.
