I loved the original book, she was flawed but relatable. The second book was good too, but the second movie was HORRIBLE. <br /><br />The thing about Bridget in the books is that she's like 135-145lbs and fluxuates (and once she gets down to 119lbs because she was in that Thai jail and everybody told her she looked too skinny and she learned weight wasn't that important when facing a drug-conviction in a developing world country). She actually was supposed to grow from that and no obsess over weight as much. <br /><br />Well, the second movie, and now this third, seems to obsess over weight way more than the originals and now there will be baby fever, which is another stereotype women are having to struggle with.<br /><br />So, I don't know about a third installment, but I totally agree with you that getting a series like this is nearly unheard of for a woman (Lara Croft only got two movies).Thealogianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00203393124017333971noreply@blogger.com
